We strive to get all items shipped in 2 business days. We are a small family business and occasionally delays do occur. Most products ship from our Florida warehouse. All products ship from the United States. Occasionally, some products may ship separately.
We ship all items via U.S. Postal Service, first class mail. The standard mailing time is 3 to 5 days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.Because we ship with US Postal, we can ship to a P.O. Box, APO, home, or business address.
If you did not receive your product. If your tracking says your item has arrived, but you don’t have it, please give us a call and we will attempt to track with the post office, or get a replacement right out to you
